Bethann was instrumental in introducing us to a new area in the Philadelphia suburbs as the housing type closer to where we lived didn't offer enough alternatives. She allowed us to find our way but also guided us when needed or requested. She also guided us through the construction process as it was the first new construction house we bought. Bethann also introduced us to the local office of her firm who also performed very well in the sale of our existing house. Rather than just take the listing she recognized we may be better served with someone in the immediate market, and that referral worked out very well also. We were very happy on both ends and would recommend her to anyone.

I am a first time home buyer in what I’ll call an incredibly challenging market. In addition, I had a very tight timeline because of the end date on my current lease.
